Addenda to “Electromagnetic Field Drive Vehicle”; The A.M.V.C. Model.

As shown in the A.M.V.C. Model, vegetarian humanoid species had to develop means of observation from a safe distance. Accurate observation is at the very core of their progress as a species (nutrition), and for improvements as a group, as a society. It spans from monitoring relations between plants and animals (pollination, reproduction, dispersion), changes in climate (meteorological conditions), ecology in general including their own behaviour and related impacts, up to the environment at large, their planet and even movements of stars. This also implies huge quantity of statistics and long term storage of data.

Because vegetarian species flee aggression, especially from predators, they had to come up with clever methods to avoid any confrontation while being able to maintain careful and direct attention on the subjects of observation. In that manner, they were forced to become very prudent, resourceful, wise. Matriarchal governance, or system as a Regime, simply multiply exponentially all these considerations.

Furthermore, when we consider as a preliminary condition the fact that a civilization can only reach the technology allowing real space traveling after all its activities on the planet (and the Regime) are ecology-friendly (respectful to the environment, see Note 1 below), they had to dedicate many years at studying ecology in great depth (the science of the relationships between organisms and their environments). That purpose made them design extremely precise and elaborate tools and methods. As well as related concepts and notions, including strategies and tactics.

Understandingly enough, this type of preoccupations has motivated essential parts of their progress in technology. Means of detection, observation, monitoring, surveying, and interaction from safe distance. Remote sensing. Subtle intrusion. Extracting information (demodulating). Indirect intervening. Wise strategies. When they finally accessed technology for traveling in space, they were ready. One thing we can be sure of is, this is certainly not the first time they encounter and deal with the type of humanoids we are.

The vimana (it is not Unidentified flying object anymore), or outer foreigners vehicle we see is nothing like an aircraft or a spacecraft earthlings have conceived so far.

Outer foreigners vimana have changed over the last decades. Before 1980s, there were many types of different shapes and aspects. They were emitting very intense light it was difficult to see the vessel. So much that it allowed specialists to identify correlation between lights (intensity, color) and speed, and specific maneuvers. They all applied the same characteristic low angle bank forward when moving (translation), and the same “falling-leaf motion” when descending. There was no display and no interaction or rarely if any (aside from shutting down missile-silos and series of abductions). Basically, they were taking samples here and there leaving rapidly when someone had noticed. We were left at examining traces on the ground. Probes were seldom seen. It is fair to presume some of them were probably “research tourists” and “newcomers” from different civilizations.

After 1980s, all vimanas are ba
sically the same type. They still show the same characteristics, but not always. Light emission is no longer directly and only related to the movements of the vehicle. Instead of banking forward they rather glide horizontally, very slowly, and much closer to the ground (below 1000 feet altitude). They often respond to the presence of witness recording the event by slowing down, holding still, and even soaring quietly over people. They perform series of “displays”, as to clearly show their presence, and many types of interactions. Following airplanes, occupying airports restricted airspace, emitting flashes of light (radiation), dropping flares, releasing hovering spheres and Wiener-sausages (adding to drawing complex glyphs in crop fields). And lately, carrying out aerial-ballets or “skyshows” producing beautiful shapes high in the sky in front of people on the ground. All sorts of Probes are seen everywhere.

When we analyze their maneuvers, their attitude or behaviour, their conduct and apparent activities we can extract plausible reasons, motives, intentions that brings about certain proceedings from their part. Logically, why would a probe keep wandering around a residence for elderly people? Most probably for recording how we treat them in our society!

Nowadays, adding to video shots many reports are stated before the public by witness and published by governments. All that activity outer foreigners are performing (and have been performing) inside our planet’s atmosphere produces quite an amount of data.

Considering our actual knowledge (2011/2012),
We can deduce several notions.

- First thing that stands out is none of those vehicles are producing pollution. This is totally consistent with ecology concerned motivations. This means they have achieved manufacturing processes that respect the environment. As we are currently struggling with this elementary notion down here, we can have a pretty good idea what the implications are in their society.

- They have reached the technology allowing humanoids to travel in space. Whereas several decades ago this was pure fiction to us, today we can grasp a little more how far we are from that opportunity. Our people just became aware of deadly radiation in space (Apollo/Moon scheme), and we are slowly realizing the limits of the gravity realm (Orbits). As a favorable alternative, the Electric Universe concept emerges progressively. Interestingly, this notion tends to shed some light on how outer foreigners inter-planetary vehicle are functioning.

- It is clear and obvious they are preserving our specie’s specificity.
By confining very carefully their procedures within specific bounds, they are protecting the “natural diversity” we present as a humanoid species in this galaxy. Although they seam to be avoiding “official contact” with our civilization (as per how Earthlings understand Official Contact), that is not the case at all. In fact, earthling’s civilization has been approached, according with their own standards. Earthlings are not responding yet. However, sociological adaptation operation is engaged, and ongoing.

In addition to the capacity of detecting and monitoring electromagnetic waves (radio), which must be really elementary from their standpoint, outer foreigners have a series of quite remarkable means and methods.

Scanning waves, sensor rays, and interactive beams:

- Environment Awareness/Scanning Device. Earthlings are familiar with Radar detection, which is a method of detecting distant objects and determining their position, velocity, and other characteristics by analyzing return signals from very high frequency radio waves. This is very limited because the signal is focused on one single spot and each returns are treated independently. The information is conditional to the signal bouncing back.

Outer foreigners can monitor persons and anything through walls and buildings, because many events are implying them to know exactly how many persons are inside, their position, and what activity is going on. Perhaps their scanning wave is constantly modified (frequency), and consequently able to penetrate deep thought the matter. If they send particles of low energy radiation (no ionization), from information on signal intensity, range, and elevation (somewhat like the SARA Sonar) they can get complete images in three dimensions showing the entire surrounding area. Instead of circling regular sweeps, the scanning wave is constant and the signals are treated altogether in real time. With adjustable range (distance) and amplitude (height), from several feet close to the vessel up to kilometers in diameter, it is like a “detection cloud” surrounding the vimana providing enhanced 3D images and details.

- Sensor Rays and Surveying Arrays. Earthlings are familiar with Laser scanning, which utilizes narrow laser beam for mapping physical features with very high resolution. This is mainly used in architecture, construction, history, geography and urbanism, as well as for meteorology and military purposes. LIDAR uses ultraviolet, visible, and/or near infrared light for imaging objects and it can be used on a wide range of objectives, including non-metallic objects, rocks, rain, chemical compounds, aerosols, clouds and even single molecules. Three-dimensional laser scanning provides high definition surveying, very precise surveys for topographic maps, and high definition 3D images.

Recently, outer foreigners vimana have been recorded on video utilizing a laser-like ray surveying an area with mountains and forest close to a city. It is commonly known they are making use of a wide variety of rays, emissions, optical phenomena and radiation often characterized by colorful displays of light. If they are utilizing very narrow rays of low energy particles and radiation in the same manner (which are not visible), they certainly get lots of information on all levels (atomic, molecular, and structural).

Vimana sensor rays and surveying arrays are certainly able to deep scan physiological composition also. Organic molecular structures, DNA, living cells, organisms, plants, and animals. These basic systems for remote sensing are one-way instruments, in the sense that they are not affecting the objective (or subject of monitoring).
There is another kind of rays, waves, or beams that are able to interact with the targeted object. These are interactive beams. Specific rays or radiation establishing a particular physical state on the objective or around it.

- Hoist Radiation Beam. This is an emission that can be focused locally for suppressing the gravity influence on an object. By adjusting several parameters, they can move objects (translation) as per some kind of controlled levitation. Transporting granite blocks of any weight is no problem at all. The weight itself is not even in the equation.

- Discrete Electromagnetic Poles (polarized regions). Usually, conventional science considers that the regions of a magnet toward which the lines of magnetic induction converge and diverge (magnetic poles) can not be established somewhere independently. However, John Hutchison (Canada) has shown many times and repeatedly that indeed this can be achieved. By establishing local repulsion (opposite magnetic poles) inside the grain or molecular structure, particles inside the matter are repelling each other. This creates remarkable separations of metals and all sorts of compositions.

Utilizing this fundamental concept, establishing local magnetic poles and controlling the parameters, outer foreigners can manipulate objects from a distance. For example, the mechanism in a lock can be forced to operate this way, unlocking itself. On a larger scale, they can get control of a car and direct it wherever they want.

- Local Induction Operative Ray. Focusing a micro-thin beam of low radiation energy on a wire (electric conductor), or on parts of a micro-circuitry (conductor bus) results in triggering specific activity inside an electrical system, overpassing the normal routing switches. This method of operation is particularly useful and it is utilized to gain temporary control over a system. For example, when a fighter-jet is closing toward a vimana the first action from outer foreigners is turning off the aircraft targeting system. This is done without interfering with any other parts of the onboard system, everything else is functioning perfectly. And that has been reported many times. Turning off missile-silos or rendering them in a “no-go state” is done quite easily. This also implies they know perfectly the related structural and procedural diagrams (obtained by surveying arrays).

- Stimulus-Effect Beams. This technique is deriving from the notion of stimulating the energy flow in a body or animated structure. Locations on the body are the focus of energy flow (inward/outward) situated along meridians, series of connected points across the anatomy, which affect a specific organ or other parts of the body. Stimulating the meridian system brings about corresponding effects. Usually, creating a physiological stimulus on acupuncture points is achieved by insertion of needles, or by applying an electric current to needles. Currently, activation of specific brain areas using functional magnetic resonance imaging or areas of low electrical impedance in the body is common in medical practice (additional information; see Note 2).

Since outer foreigners emission arrays are able to focus micro-thin beams of low radiation energy on electric conductor, this is simple transfer of application. Stimulus-effect beams creates a physiological stimulus on specific area of energy flow on the body, thus triggering particular physiological states. Local anesthesia, concentration, relaxation, euphoria, hunger, thirst, sleep, hypnosis, etc. In this manner, temporary paralysis can be induce to the central nervous system and/or to the peripheral nervous system. The central nervous system is responsible for cranial nerves (brain), and spinal cord (transmission). The peripheral nervous system is responsible for nerves in the body, the central nervous system, sensory organs, muscles, blood vessels and glands. Therefore, it comes of no surprise these effects have been reported by subjects of close encounters and abduction events.

- Means of Protection/Defense. Stimulus-effect beams inducing temporary paralysis is the primary reaction toward any sort of threat that has been positively anticipated. This allows to leave the area or to go on quietly with planned activities. Outer foreigners are making use of this beam as standard operation for calming down individuals, numbing them when people are hysterical, and even paralyzing them for a while.

Harmonic rays or series of transverse wave emission obtained from scalar waves, referring to the Antoine Prioré method (electromagnetic devices for treating cancer and disease) provide means for neutralizing a threat further. Meaning for a longer period of time, because it can induce a wide variety of diseases, malignant (threatening to life) and/or benign (no danger to health). This would be the very last option in extremely serious case when anticipation of aggression against them.

This is what happened to a North-American male individual in 1950s, when he aimed his rifle at a vimana standing on the side of the road (only case of true retaliation from outer foreigners in history). The beam instantly knocked him down to the ground. Medical report said “benign effect from unknown radiation”.

However, considering all types of instruments they have and their mentality, they simply make the menace inoperative.

On the other hand, history shows they have means for disturbing an area quite extensively. Ruins of ancient megalithic construction does present effects related to some sort of high level vibrations fracturing, breaking up, and scattering stone blocks on all directions.

Of course, all those scanning waves, sensor rays, and interactive beams are available in portable devices, miniature emitters.

In these extraordinary vehicles, outer foreigner’s vimana (OFV), control means are very different than what earthlings are used to. Human input is barely required, minimal, because everything is entirely computerized, automated to a degree that is difficult to conceive. Interconnected networks assisting the onboard miniature cybernetic system, intricate structures of regulatory systems.

There are three levels of actions or “retro-actions” as responses to inquiries from a system. The first one is embedded in the mechanisms themselves, instruments and devices are able to “decide” and “react” up to a certain extent. The second level of actions is the Actroids. These are elaborate semi-autonomous androids having some latitude for deciding and carrying out specific operations and procedures, on behalf of technicians. The third level is the human input itself, which is always overruling when that is required (by virtue of higher authority), and most of the time it is simple adjustments, compromises, additions, or specific changes affecting the initial planning. Hence, there is no “piloting” per say nor direct maneuvering as earthlings understands it, which would be totally impracticable in that context.

The general picture is like thousands of entirely automated Awacs airplanes (rigged for both scientific observation and protection/defense) - as one single Mother-Ship -, assisting a fleet of similar miniature Awacs airplanes - as vimanas - performing on-site a wide scale of close operations. All other “things” people see hovering and emitting lights and wandering here and there are Probes. Just like “unmanned aerial vehicle” people came to know recently (UAV), remotely piloted apparatus. Exploratory device that functions either by remote control from Actroids (navigator/pilot/operator) or autonomously (self-directing machine).

Without any doubt there is a lot more to these marvellous vehicles. However, deduction is limited to information we get from observation and the knowledge we currently have. Considering the "SkyShows" they recently started to display (text: SkyShow), we can grasp they can adapt and modify their vimana for just about any type of operation they see fit.

The real sighting only lasts about 20 seconds.
Therefore, being able to look at this on a video is a great privilege!
For how long these outer foreigners were there monitoring before the children noticed the vimana hanging still in the sky? The kids already know the vimana is there. Did they have time for deciding to go get the camera? If so, that means outer foreigners knew there is a camera in that house. It is evident outer foreigners in the craft can actually see what the person with the camera is pointing at (in the viewfinder), because they only move when the camera is "locked" on them.
Why do they not go away at once, instead of simply changing position? Again, they only start departing after the camera has "locked" on them a second time.
The vimana slides slowly toward the camera first, then it goes away in high speed to the left. This shows precise navigation as per getting the craft on some kind of predetermined course.
There is no coincidence in this, it was planned.

Outer Foreigners Vimana

I find it absolutely fascinating to analyze how the pilot is reacting and operating, by examining carefully the movements of the craft (vimana).

No doubt they are monitoring a large part of the sector while in flight, because they are responding to people utilizing a video camera (adjusted positioning). Often times they slow down and change course. When the event is more or less isolated and the subject/witness is calm enough, the pilot maneuvers the vimana toward the camcorder. More than that, they operate in function of what is in the viewfinder! The movements the craft makes shows clearly the pilot is able to actually see what the cameraman is seeing. To do that, one of their sensor-rays are tuned to the video signal inside the camera, between the CCD pick-ups and the viewfinder monitor. It picks up that signal and displays it on a screen inside the vimana for the pilot to look at it. With that, he can move his craft slowly to the left waiting for the witness to pan and follow. Then he does the same to the right.

Moving very slowly or just standing there for minutes while being video recorded shows how much they are in control, they have the hand. Both takes showing them vessels accessing mass inversion state and disappearing to our visual senses (wavelengths) are certainly intentional. Like would do a movie director, they wait precisely the moment when the shot is perfect: not too far, not too close, in focus, the camera not oscillating, quite standard framing.

A laser beam is reflected by the topology of the site, or by any object. This could be utilized for mapping an area like our satellites are doing on planets. However, outer foreigners have much better means for that purpose. Depending on the changes in wave length to the reflected part of the beam (returned signal), they can be measuring components in the soil and vegetation. It is always difficult to discern what it is exactly they are probing and recording because we do not perform those types of operations. When the laser beam flashes bright on the camera lens, it means they are directly pointing at it. Again, they know they are being video recorded and they let us know that. This is a form of interaction!

Of course with their technology, they could avoid being spotted and always remain hiding or leave long before anyone comes near. Being perfectly aware outer foreigners are totally allergic to sudden unexpected occurrences, unforeseen outcomes, I do understand they have a natural tendency to control and to plan everything down for reducing the number of probabilities. Thus, the real video shots are voluntary contributions from their part.

Since real occurrences happen unexpectedly (on the witness part), the camera does not stand on a tripod. The image is severely unstable (even more when zooming very close). But the “object” itself is perfectly stable on the picture frame. The three (3) dimensional positions and environment: the Background (clouds) always remain behind the “object”, the Foreground (trees) always remain before the “object”, and therefore, the Object location is consistent. Because the “object” is a vessel, it has a Mass and an Inertia. Regardless what kind of propulsion is utilized, it has to struggle with the mass. This means a vessel can not stand nor translate at low speeds absolutely motionless. Especially while hovering. Constant adjustments has to be applied (compensations), no matter how small they are. Piloting these vessels is like operating a helicopter, which is inherently unstable, except theirs is done by computers. Therefore, the “object” oscillates slightly up and down, and to the sides. Because the camera is unstable (sadly), this is often times difficult to discern, though it is always there. Also, the vessel will bank a little right and left, and readjust regularly as if it was trying to stay horizontal on a needle. This attitude is very different than an object being suspended by a string (on the top), the oscillations would be inverted. The inertia is the tendency of an object (mass) translating to keep on moving in the same direction. It can be seen as a “resistance” to change its direction. A vessel at low speeds will show a curve as it is modifying its trajectory (turning) or its altitude (up and down). It will not invert suddenly its direction of translation. Translation at ultra-high speed is very different. And since it requires advanced technological details, lets only consider the transition from low to ultra-high speed, and vice versa. When a vessel suddenly changes to ultra-high speed from slow speed, it goes away in a straight line or a constant curve, and its size reduces correspondingly to the distance. The disappearing (fading out) of the vessel is very laborious to explain as well (mass polarity inversion). Lets only consider that there must be no alteration to the image (frames, pixels), like pasting and erasing. The pixels definition remains unaltered. And since the electromagnetic effects are affecting the camera pick-ups (CCD), it is adding to the confusion. [This is the reason why films (no CCD) are the best] Finally, the “faint halo” surrounding the object shows a rotating composition. I know what direction a current is going inside an electromagnetic field, this is pure physics, thus the rotation has to correspond with that. These five (5) elements are extremely difficult to simulate. Only huge complex computers (like those utilized in weather forecast) could model all these at the same time, in a manner that it would be practically impossible to sort it out. And these are not available to freaks (hoax creators)!

Video shots of real outer foreigner’s vimana and probe are very rare. Only expert’s eyes can spot those among the vast quantity of hoaxes. To the best of my abilities, only those I suggest here are presenting each and every characteristics to real outer foreigner vimana.

Since several communications (email) have been questioning how such a vessel could be piloted, I am publishing here my general response to that (For more details, see: The A.M.V.C. Model; Electromagnetic Field Drive Vehicle section).

Vimana craft Controls.

From a pilot’s point of view experienced with both fixed-wings and rotary-wings aircrafts,
Understanding the inherent dynamics in the EM Field Drive mechanism (electromagnetic properties: attraction/repulsion) and considering Maxwell’s equations,
Considering Lieutenant Plantier’s description,
In accordance with numerous accounts from witnesses,
controlling a vimana craft is very similar to operating an helicopter.

Though basic principles are extremely different in their nature, both results are similar: the main propulsion force acts downward directly below the craft.

- The helicopter has horizontal blades (horizontal plane) and its clockwise rotation creates lift (pushing downward). The rotation of the blades (horizontal plane) is maintained at a particular speed, which does not change. Adjustment to the blade's angle of attack (AoA) modifies the strength of the lift (pushing downward) so the helicopter climbs up, holds level altitude, and descend. Changing the angle at which the horizontal blades are turning on the axis (its plane), its inclination or tilt determines the direction of translation to the craft. When the horizontal rotation plane tilts forward, backward, to the right or left, the helicopter moves to the same direction. Because of the inherent inverse rotation reaction on the craft from the horizontal blades turning at high speed (the craft tends to rotate counterclockwise), there is a set of blades positioned on a vertical plane (to the back) for compensation to this rotation reaction by adjusting the blade’s angle of attack. Also, adjusting these vertical rotating blades makes the helicopter turn right or left more precisely. Thus, there are three main controls: 1- The Lift (Collective, or up and down), 2- The Direction of translation (Cyclic, or direction by tilting the entire craft), 3- The Compensation to the counter-rotation (Anti-Torque or pitch of the tail rotor blades).

- The vimana (coil-like mechanism) has a circular particle accelerator (like a ring) around a central pole and rotation of particles creates a miniature magnetosphere that reacts with any local magnetosphere (repulsing: pushing downward). The speed of the particles in the accelerator must be constant (light speed, electricity) for maintaining the miniature magnetosphere. Because the repulsion force or effect (acting downward and pushing upward) is constant by definition, a Damper-screen is positioned below the vimana craft. It functions like a diaphragm in a camera, but its diameter is adjusted rather than its aperture. This Damper-screen is acting as an attenuator to the repulsion force, it reduces its effect (damping) where it is positioned. When the vimana craft is on the ground and the particle accelerator is powered, the Damper-screen is set to its wider diameter (below the craft) and its attenuating effect is the strongest, so the repulsion effect is totally suppressed. Reducing the Damper-screen diameter allows more repulsion effect outward (below), so the vimana craft lifts up. Maintaining this configuration makes the vimana hold altitude. Sliding the Damper-screen forward allows more repulsion effect backward, the entire vimana craft tilts toward the front and translates in that direction. Because the repulsion effect is not centered under the vimana anymore, the intensity directly below is weaker. For maintaining altitude, the intensity of the repulsion effect must be increased, so the Damper-screen diameter is reduced a little more for compensation (increasing the repulsion effect below the vimana craft). Maneuvering the Damper-screen diameter (degree of attenuation) and position (direction of repulsion) under the vimana craft allows to control its attitude and speed. Thus, there are two main controls: 1- The Lift (Damper-screen diameter, or up and down), 2- The Direction of translation (Damper-screen position, or direction by tilting the entire craft). Compensation to the counter-rotation (Anti-Torque) is not required. This mechanism is acting like a gyroscope, it makes the overall structure of the vimana craft (nose) follow the direction of translation. However it can be made to rotate on itself (yaw) independently.

The major difference between an helicopter and a vimana craft is the effect of movement (translation) being applied to the entire content of the vessel (matter, on the atomic level). Everything that is situated inside the repulsion effect (miniature magnetosphere or repulsion field) moves together. Whether it is the structure, the passengers, cargo or equipment and stuff, everything moves the same way at the same time. Therefore, there is no difference between the force of gravity (resulting from acceleration and deceleration) acting on the vessel and its content. Also, the vimana craft is entirely automated (computerized), very little “human input” is required.

The above explains the very basics. Vimana craft (coil-like vessel) has many more properties (physics and plasma physics) allowing for its complex versatility. Those are more technical, they are explained in Maxwell’s equations and other works referring to electromagnetism.

Outer foreigners vimana is an outstandingly intricate vehicle, and to realize all its capacities anyone would be totally mesmerized (beside all technical instruments it is equiped with). Personally, I have the utmost admiration toward that vessel and its designers.

On the other hand, I do consider the greatest technological achievement earthlings have ever made (before the computer) is the helicopter craft. Sikorsky's design was so advanced he had to wait 20/30 years for the industry being able to actually manufacture essential elements for constructing the helicopter. Though limited in speed, this craft is inherently made for humanism purposes. Number of lives the helicopter has saved is unmatched. This is one thing earthlings can be proud of.

What are they working on?

In addition to discharging flashes of light (light radiation), lately Outer Foreigners have been seen releasing "things" into the atmosphere. Some are streams or groups of spheres (acting like Brownian motion) and segments of material (Wiener Sausage), others look like flares.

What could these things be for?
Those "flares" are certainly producing a chemical reaction of some sort. The flare itself is a chemical reaction. What are they reacting with? Or why are they reacting? What is the result of that reaction? Are they sweeping the atmosphere in some ways?
