Exo-Expedition; Nowadays.

The modern era of outer foreigners operations inside our planet’s atmosphere, the visible part of their program, did not start with Kenneth Ardnold (June 24th., 1947). That was the first only in the official American story. The visible part of outer foreigners operations on planet Earth followed a precise course of events. And that leads to conclude they were monitoring earthlings long before.

Lets take a look at the events.
In 1899, Tesla began emitting formidable electromagnetic sparks, in Colorado Springs (U.S.). At the same time, Marconi began experiments modulating electromagnetic emissions (first wireless communication), he did send the first “V” in Morse code. Two years later, in 1901, Marconi performed the first transatlantic electromagnetic emission sending an “S”, in Morse code. The funny thing is, in 1921, Marconi receives from space the “V” he had emitted back in 1899 (22 years before). Again, in 1924, Marconi receives the “S” he had transmitted back in 1901. Also the same year (1924), Dr. David Peck Todd and Francis Jenkins were experimenting with a device for receiving electromagnetic emissions and displaying an image with points (tele-vision), and they received from space an emission forming the image of a face on their machine. That year, Marconi was increasing his experiments with electromagnetic emissions.
It is commonly known airmen during the 2nd. World War (1939-1945) were seeing vimana crafts (Foe Fighters) following them and even faking dog-fighting with them. In 1946, Outer Foreigners were frequently spotted over Scandinavia and URSS.
It is from that moment the Modern Era of sightings began:

There is almost a century of denial and cover-up attempts behind us now, and it is becoming totally ridiculous. If the Americans (United States) want to keep hiding their head under the sand, let them do and just forget about them.
Enough of that; lets move on!

Canada, Europe, Mexico, Brazil, Africa, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, China, India, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Russia, and the Middle-East, people are not dumb. We all know pretty well what is clear and obvious to the entire world:
Our civilization is being visited by people from other civilizations.

Looking back at the last century (1900-2000), we can analyze what impacts outer foreigners activities have had on our situation worldwide. If we consider they are coming here with very significant reasons, their activities that are visible to us earthlings are probably related to an advanced planetary sociology program. If that would not be the case, we would have seen them only once every now and then. On the contrary, there has been an obvious persistence from their part, and there has been a clear progression in their activities.

No one knows exactly what date outer foreigners began operating here after Earthling’s first electromagnetic emissions (1899). However, there are 22 years between 1899 (first emissions) and 1921 (first receptions). Therefore, it is fair to estimate they began their program between the 1st. (1914-19) and the 2nd. (1939-45) World Wars. Probably somewhere between 1924 and 1939.

In all logic, the primary phase was to analyze and study in detail each and every layers of our societies. Try monitoring with the internet all statistics on planet Earth itself, on its entire ecosystem, and on our civilization and you will have a pretty good idea what kind of capacity outer foreigners have. During the ‘50s and the ‘60s, outer foreigners began displaying their presence. There was a great variety among their vessels (shape and type). Different outer foreigner species were seen taking samples of plants, ion exchanger machines were seen picking up sodium chloride (NaCl), and sightings became more frequent. On many occasions, outer foreigners did shut down missile silos. While hovering clearly seen over the sites, they made the systems totally inoperative.

During the ‘70s, physical close encounters and "abduction" events increased in number everywhere. While performing typical medical examinations and taking gonad samples, a kind of “psychological counter-event” procedure was being carried out on many subjects everywhere (see text: Exo-Expedition; Summary).

During the ‘80s, close encounters became extremely frequent, and outer foreigners were not hiding so much anymore. Their vessels were less different (shape and type). Specialists began analyzing genuine Crop Circles. Hypnotherapy showed many subjects had image compositions placed and hidden in their memory, (mnemonic content) and exotic implants on individuals were noticed. TV shows started presenting pictures and footage. The significant world-event of that time happened in November 1989, the Berlin wall was destroyed and USSR dismantled putting a definitive end to “cold war”. No more arms-race, no more missiles silo.

During the ‘90s, miniature camera recorded outer foreigner vessels everywhere. They were making headlines in TV News frequently. The internet multiplied exponentially that display of presence all over the world. Disclosure programs and efforts were engaged in many countries while exotic implants were surgically removed and analyzed in laboratory. In 1995, the video document “Autopsy of an alien” was made public. While “abduction” events were decreasing, specialists began noticing information and technology inklings embedded in Crop Circles.
In general, the concept of "people from other civilizations in space" has been implemanted into our culture. We see those in novels, movies, commercial advertisments, and toys for children.

The 2000 decade does present many significant sociological events in our civilization. Those can not be directly linked to outer foreigners activity, however these events are proceeding from profound changes in the mentality of people in general. It spans from ecology, rate of consumption (consumerism), vegetarianism, up to disclosure outcomes; video and movies, conferences and sensible information reports. Everything started in 2001 with the Teen Age Message (TAM) and the Chilbolton response. Outer foreigners made it perfectly clear they will not act in concealment, they keep on displaying even more elaborate Crop Circles right next to the antenna instead of using radio waves.

Though “abduction” events rarely happens nowadays (2010) and finding exotic implants have decreased, close encounters are mostly video camera recordings. And these have increased significantly. Outer Foreigners are everywhere all over the planet. Their activities are becoming much more visible leading to consider it is planed that way. Whether they are hovering over cities for hours, or combing an area using laser-like beams, or descending very low for emitting a "flash of light”, it is clear Outer Freigners are working at something.
Teams of specialists have formed up and they are tracking those, like Hessdalen observation network (Norway) and Mexico (The Vigilantes). Analyzing those we can discern particular operations are performed, but we can not figure exactly what it is.

The Vigilantes are recording peculiar events that are difficult to explain. Streams of spheres assembled together or scattered in a group and segments of material hovering in the atmosphere.





I have no idea why Mexicans are calling those “ebani”, which means “biological entities”. This is equivalent to aborigenes saying flying-kites are "sacred-birds". How naive that is, or simple minded are they! It is perfectly obvious those are not alive.
Come on, people, use some brains...

Atmospheric samples should be collected in that area after the events and see if anything has changed. There is heavy pollution in Mexico, maybe it is a procedure that has something to do with chemicals in the surrounding area. These are not only seen in Mexico, spheres hovering in groups have a purpose (technology), and we ought to find what it is. We know outer foreigners have mastered lift and motion capabilities, and they can apply that to remote objects, this is nothing new to us.

These "Streams of spheres assembled together or scattered in a group and segments of material hovering in the atmosphere", they look like behaving as "Brownian Motion/Paths". Wiener Sausage and Brownian Motions are mathematical models used in particles theory for describing movements in fluids (like pollen particles in water). I am not a mathematician, specialists in this field ought to look at this.

In this kind of advanced civilization, there are two fields of activities: the common activities unfolding everyday in the society on their planet, and activities they are performing in space. On the intercosmic level, the complex organization of these civilizations has to be flexible enough for responding accordingly with the diverse foreign cultures they are encountering. Evolutionary progression is the result of the manner in which civilizations are behaving. It translates each their own attitude, their own temperament, their own comportment. Their modus vivendi. Association between these advanced societies allows them to work in tandem at improving each their own progression. Constant increase in knowledge, innovations, and technical improvements are helping them bettering the integration of their civilization to the universe, or their adherence to the natural principles. The evolutionary progression characterizes these super-civilizations, which are most probably grouping together on corresponding levels. As we can see in our cultural background with Orion and Lion constellations, they are depicted closely together leading to assume they are associates.

There is certainly a broad variety of activities they are performing in space. Betty Hill/Marjorie Fish well known Star Map offers indication on what regular expeditions diagram could look like. Each star is a planetary system and bold lines are recurrent trips. It could be ranging from space-station and utility maintenance to observation and exploration, from bulk material conveying and transport shuttles to joint expeditions. And since it is likely elder civilizations are overseeing the local evolutionary progression, logically they are monitoring closely those younger ones that does not have access yet to the space environment. Like earthlings, for example.

In all logic, there must be some kind of organization supervising these kind of expeditions. Because of our science fiction literature and movies background, we can understand the “prime directive” concept. However, real planetary sociology is way more complex than that. Observing and studying ecosystems and animal species is done the same way we do, except their instruments are more sophisticated and their perception is more advanced. They are recording data and gathering statistics on location and they are filling up refined simulators with that information. Hence they can watch the progression from significant tendencies and anticipate further developments. On the other hand, planetary sociology requires a very high level of understanding about psychology. This is ethnology, a branch of anthropology dealing chiefly with the comparative and analytical study of cultures, on a scale we have absolutely no idea how large it is. One thing is certain, those who get involved into this type of expedition are highly experienced at it. If we take a broader look at their operations all together inside our atmosphere during the last 7 decades, it is not the first time they do that.

Prior to departure, teams of specialists gather together and selected vehicles get into the magnetosphere of their planet. Small vimana crafts carrying probes and equipped with all kinds of sophisticated instruments. Essentials are groups of android units, or actroids which will be performing various important tasks and extremely precise procedures. These are indispensable because only machines can provide impeccable accuracy precision. Small crafts are entering the station compartment inside the mother-vessel. Once the fleet is assembled, the mother-vessel leaves the magnetosphere for the voyage.

In the realm of electric universe (plasma cosmology), everything is huge, gigantic. A spark that lasts milliseconds in laboratory lasts billions of years in space. Electric arcs between bodies can last hundreds, even thousands of years if not millions. There are long Birkeland Currents stretching out everywhere in space. These are powering galaxies, stars and their planetary system, whereas all bodies in space are acting like huge electric coils. Birkeland Currents are comparable to gigantic electric wires and thus they are producing an electromagnetic field around them and following them. Stars and their planetary system are connected with these, therefore several are on the same circuit while others are connected through another wiring.

The main part to general transport apparatus technology that advanced civilizations have developed consists of floating and gliding on these electromagnetic fields, whether planetary magnetosphere or Birkeland Currents. Basically, vimana technology simply reproduces an electric coil with its electromagnetic field acting as its own miniature magnetosphere. Adjusting its response to the local electromagnetic field, the vimana sinks in it or is repulsed from it, it floats on it and it glides on it. While these are mostly utilized for general transport around the planet, others are especially rigged for space.

The mother-vessel is moving away by means of magnetic repulsion from their planet’s magnetosphere and jumping away from one local planet to another. Proceeding like that, they leave their planetary system heading toward the right Birkeland Current for the voyage. The speed is very high, because the vessel is behaving like an electron. Though a speed of 60 000 km/h seams enormous, distances in space are gigantic and thus voyages like these can take months for reaching every way-points to destination. The vessel is completely automated and very little humanoid input is required. Physiology is inherently protected by the vimana’s magnetosphere. Life support system is a miniaturization of that on the planet (which is described in the A.M.V.C. Model). Adding to that they carry a provision of ONCs (Organic Nutrients Caplets). Passengers are linked with terminals in society on the planet via complex and extremely detailed virtual communication system. Their physical absence does not lessen their actual presence in the society and with their community of relatives. They keep on doing each their usual activity down there.

Next phase in this long trip comes up when the mother-vessel has reached the relevant Birkeland Current. The vessel is maneuvered for inserting its electromagnetic field into that of the Birkeland Current. Then, it will glide on it following that path like floating on the EM field of an enormous wire. Velocity can reach extraordinary speeds, however it remains very far from light-speed. It is a very long cruise indeed.

Sometimes the planetary system (star) they want to reach is part of the same circuitry their own star is connected with (or powered by). In that case, they glide on the same Birkeland Current between both stars and they arrive relatively fast. There are stars everywhere, extremely far, and often times they are connected to different circuitry.

In the universe we measure distances in light-years: (1) Light-speed is the distance between Earth and Moon in one second. (2) One light-year is the distance equivalent to travelling at light-speed for one year. Our galaxy is 100 000 light-years in diameter and 2 000 light-years thick. Our planetary system (Sun) is located at 30 000 light-years from the center of the galaxy. The Zeta1-2 Reticuli wide-binary system is located around 39.4 to 39.5 light-years from our star.

Sometimes, to keep on following Birkeland Current pathways would take much too long for reaching destination. This is the major problem in space and advanced civilizations with intercosmic technology have found the solution to that: the mass-inversion technique. Though very much ahead of us, they are referring to notions and concepts comparable to our String-theory. The universe (ambiplasma) is made of two parts: the material space or cosmos, which floats in the sub-material space or sub-cosmos. Consequently, space is like a gigantic cloth that bends and unbends like a flag agitated by winds. Each “region” has a different polarity. Basic matter (basic particles) in the cosmos is positive and basic matter in the sub-cosmos is negative. Utilizing the correct apparatus, advanced civilizations can access the sub-cosmos by means of inverting the polarity (from positive to negative) of normal basic particles to their vehicle and its content (mass-inversion technique). The only reference to that we have in our culture is the Philadelphia Experiment (Tesla), which was a pitiable disaster due to our lack in appropriate knowledge.

In this expedition, each star (planetary system) is connected to a different circuitry (Birkeland Currents) and they are extremely far from each other. Hence, the pilot will need to make use of the space-jump provided by mass-inversion technique. This has nothing to do with what we call “wormhole”. In our culture, “wormhole” is a fictional natural occurrence in space that drives a ship to the other side. In reality there is nothing that sort. Mass-inversion makes the vessel accessing the sub-cosmos while disappearing from the cosmos standpoint. If the vessel does not move, it is still there, invisible. The only difference is when it moves, it translates via the sub-cosmos, like inside a tunnel. Moving within that region (sub-cosmos) is like using a tunnel instead of walking over a mountain.

This phase of the trip comes up when the mother-vessel has reached the area where there is a convenient space singularity for using mass-inversion. Cosmos space bends on itself and the vessel is standing on one side just before the arching, while destination is on the other side right after the arching. Mass-inversion is activated and the pilot directs the vessel on a vector perpendicular to the axis of the cosmos contraction. It translates within the sub-cosmos region toward the other part of the cosmos space. Depending on the distance, this segment of the trip takes a long time too, days, weeks, maybe months. When the point for reinserting the vessel to the cosmos space has been reached, normal polarization is restored. The vessel re-accesses normal space and now has to reach the Birkeland Current that will bring it to destination.

Gliding once again on a local Birkeland Current leading to the star they want to reach, passengers and crews have completed more than half the voyage. Nothing has changed on their home planet, they are still there among their community and relatives. Of course, these civilizations are not utilizing electromagnetic modulation for remote transmission. Radio waves are subject to all sorts of interference, the length of time for transmission even at light speed is much too long, therefore inappropriate. Nucleic Resonance Channel does provide instantaneous communication (described in the A.M.V.C. Model). No matter what particle or sub-particle they are modulating, the channel is like a stick stretching thousands of miles long: if someone shakes one end of the stick, the other end oscillates at the same time. There is no delay and no distortions.

When the mother-vessel is close enough to the solar system, it leaves the Birkeland Current pathway and reacts (attraction/repulsion) toward local planets magnetosphere. The pilot selects the local body (considering planet as electric coil) which has the strongest magnetosphere, probably the star, and the vessel is pulled by it. Once inside the planetary system, while jumping from one planet to another (magnetosphere), the right planet is selected and the vessel is then pulled toward its magnetosphere. Finally, the crew is arriving.

Upon arrival, it is likely the mother-vessel remains away from the planet. For supervising operations, they need monitoring the entire planet and its moon from afar. Small expeditions will be launched from that station position. Teams of specialists in various domains, although primarily in psychology, ethnology, sociology, physiology, biology. Most probably they have developed fields of studies we have no idea about. However, we can assess there are highly expert tacticians and extremely advanced planetary sociologists. During the ‘60s and ‘70s, outer foreigners were utilizing ion exchanger machines for gathering chlorine and sodium surpluses (NaCl operation) while collecting data about layers of our societies worldwide. After the ‘80s, their operations went much deeper into sociology levels.

Small vimana crafts are bringing specialists closer and inside the planet magnetosphere where they launch guided probes for observation and gathering statistics, both from outside and inside the atmosphere. All kinds of sophisticated instruments are recording lots of data. Close operations with crews and androids performing precise and specific activities are certainly regarded with great caution. There are numerous risks ranging from unexpected technical malfunction to negative response from inhabitants. The crew needs to comply strictly with the program while being able to react promptly to sudden variations.

This system the Mexican military crew is following the vimana fleet with is called: LANTIRN system. Equipped with Targeting pod and Datalink pod, it has daytime/nighttime targeting and guidance capabilities, with normal and Infra Red (IR) view camera, allowing missile guidance for indirect launch mode. While cruising, the Mexican military crew saw a vimana fleet and they pointed the LANTIRN camera at it.

This is what we see:
Up screen there are letters on a white band. The 6th. letters "WHT" (white) means the camera is in "white view" mode (normal) instead of “infra red” view mode (IR). On the lower screen white band we see the position of the airplane (LATitude/LONgitude), the Azimuth of the camera orientation (-130.0 to -140.0deg.) pointing to the left of the airplane, and its angle (1 to 3 deg. Elevation) pointing slightly downward. Then, the date and time, and the number with an "L" (00L to 50L) is the target's position and heading relative to the airplane: to its left on parallel course.

The Targeting system is trying to lock on the objects (the " X " flashing and moving onscreen), while the operator moves the camera following the vimana fleet. He changes the zoom back and forth (up screen, 5th. letters: "MED" medium view, "NRL" normal view, and "NRLX2" normal 2 times zoom).

This night vision camera is designed to pick up the slightest quantity of light and amplify it. Comparing with the clouds, which are reflecting light, it picks up a great luminosity from the vimana crafts. This means vimana crafts are emitting their own light.

- Giving clues or inklings.




- Performing psychological counter-event procedures.

From Earthling’s standpoint, “abduction events” are extremely difficult to understand. Like outer foreigner’s vessel, propulsion means, crop circles and implants, this “encounter” we are experiencing with foreign civilization(s) is forcing us to extend our usual knowledge. It is very far from what we were expecting. Abduction occurrences, or psychological counter-event procedures, are compelling us to stretch the limits of our comprehension. (1) It involves profound psychological notions, a high level of scientific study of humanoids mental functions and behaviors (study of the soul/study of the mind). (2) It also includes the same kind of erudition about sociology. The study of humanoid’s societies. A science that uses advanced methods of empirical investigation, analysis, operations, and procedures about humanoid social activity. (3) And aside from that, because outer foreigner’s method and program are affecting each person in their most intimate philosophy, the topic is even more laborious to address.

A significant number of cases have been studied by renowned researchers who have dedicated decades to this field. The common points are the following.

You see an inexplicable bright light in the sky. You stare at it for a moment, and while going back to what you were doing, you realize there are several hours missing. And to your complete amazement, you find out that you can not account for that period. Some find out parts of their clothing is not placed right, or simply not theirs, or their shoes are beside. Something seams wrong. At first, you start to run the episode in your mind trying to make sense of it. Later on you try talking with people but no one seam to take any of this seriously. And then, strange memories are gradually coming back to you.

At that point, the subjects finally make contact with an expert who introduces them to hypnosis. Generally, through long and painstaking sessions with experts, the subjects find some relief and are able to somehow carry on with their life. However, the majority of them are changed in some ways. The psychological consequences are the same as those that appear after experiencing a Near-Death Event (N.D.E.). That is an increase in philanthropic considerations and behaviour.

Analysis.

The significant information is contained in the memories that have been retrieved from the subconscious mind to the subjects, by dedicated hypnotists. However, nothing should be taken as they appear at first glance. There are layers in the mind. The conscious mind (1), the subconscious mind (2), and the unconscious mind (3).

- What the subject remembers without any intervention is the conscious mind. This is the 1st. layer (conscious mind). The subject knows a bright light was hovering in the sky. Some people do remember a vessel landed on the ground and beings came out of it. Rarely they remember more than that, because they think they went back to sleep (or to what they were doing before) immediately.

- What is retrieved by a professional hypnotist was hidden in the subconscious mind of the subject. This is the 2nd. layer (subconscious mind). The events are corresponding to what seams to have happened inside the vessel. Often times people remember undergoing some kind of medical procedures performed by unusual or strange beings (or other events common to abducted people). This sequence explains only a fraction of the missing time.

- There is another part of the memory that the professional hypnotist can not retrieve. It is locked. Something is there, the larger part of the experience, but it is not accessible. This is the 3rd. layer (unconscious mind). It has been sealed.

The Beings.

In the memory retrieved by a professional hypnotist (layer 2), there are very strange beings. These “entities” are referred to as functioning in a group. They show no signs of personal manners, they never interact directly with the subject, they seam only preoccupied with the task they have to perform (various procedures related to the entire operation). These “entities” are “responding” to another person who always remain mysteriously hidden behind, or unseen.

These “entities” are presenting characteristics that are totally inconsistent with the basic constituents in biology. They appear much too frail having no muscular system, and no internal organs whatsoever.

Segments of the event.

- The Layer 1 Segment (conscious mind).
The string of events in the middle of which a time period is missing. It corresponds to the beginning and the end of the abduction event, which is constituted by several segments.

- The Layer 2 Segment (subconscious mind).
There are three (A, B, and C) components in this sequence.

A- (Layer 2): the Mental Screen.

In physics, no structured material can pass through walls or anything that sort. Even less biological organisms. Outer Foreigners are projecting images (like movies or clips) directly onto the mind of the individual, or the "subject". This is a simple an elementary application of the “diversion technique”. Inside the vessel, everything is unfamiliar. Earthlings can not find references. Outer Foreigners are utilizing imageries made up with the "fantasies" we are used to, which we can relate to in our "culture". Different countries, different cultures and therefore different imagery (different descriptions). These are set up and placed in the mind of the "subject", like recorded memories, as a screen or a cover. It is a diversion. This procedure is absolutely necessary, because otherwise the psychological shock would be so overwhelming the individual would experience sudden motor, sensory, psychic reaction like epilepsy. This is very serious and all efforts are made to avoid that.

B- (Layer 2): the Androids.

The “entities” who are performing out front the tasks related to the operation program are Androids, not humanoids. These are assistants to the real humanoid, the “chief of operations” if you want. Autonomous complex robots functioning with actuators like mechanisms. Having actuators controlled precisely with air pressure (or liquids) via a servo-system, the movements are very fluid and there is very little noise. As it is always mentioned, each time some sort of complication develops in the procedures, these Androids refer immediately to the chief of operations.

An android is a synthetic organism (robot) designed to look and act like a human.

C- (Layer 2): the presence out of sight.

The subject (abducted people) always describe the presence of a person behind the Androids, or the operating “entities”. Someone different is there, sometimes controlling the procedures (by giving directions to the androids), some other times interacting directly with the subject (telepathy). It is that person, female or male, who is communicating information or calming down the subject. Only this person (or these in some cases) is showing manners, is somehow concerned with the individual’s comfort, is even friendly presenting signs of humane behaviour.

- The Layer 3 Segment (unconscious mind).
The 3rd layer is definitely locked. No one can unseal it and we have no idea what that segment of the event is made of.

The Outer Foreigners.

The real humanoid who is present and interacting with the subject is staying beside or behind the Androids most of the time. When that person is not out of sight, the subject is able to draw a description which is perfectly consistent with all basic constituents in biology. That person is not hiding but simply standing back. The fact is at that level of science and technology, extremely precise operations and procedures are best conducted by a group of Androids. And, of course, for security purposes.

Actually, Outer Foreigners do not really need to perform these “medical operations” on thousands of individuals, and to the scale in question. Considering their level of science and technology, it does not make sense. There is something else to the rear of that. It is a pretext, an excuse, while carrying on some kind of other operation that indeed involves our entire civilization. What could this large scale operation be?

- Since there is no way for us to differentiate with absolute certainty between what is the “mental vision screen” and what is the real activity, it is very difficult to circumscribe.

- Negative intentions would not be consistent. Simply because if negative intentions were allowed to grow and to expand, that would come in direct contradiction with the very existence of the universe. In other words, the sole purpose to the universe is not to destroy itself.

The solution is not in the outer foreigner’s realm, in the first place. The answer is down here, on our planet, in our own civilization.

Let us consider psychology.

The behaviour of an individual is molded or shaped on the personality. The entire full-grown personality (character) to every human, and conceivably to every humanoid, is literally carved from experiences during childhood. And these childhood experiences are made of specific occurrences, incidents, and episodes.

In our social context, many of these childhood episodes are difficult circumstances which in return installs some kind of defects or disorders (psychosis, neurosis) in the individual’s personal psychology. Everyone has them, to different degrees. It shapes each our personality. To the extreme, it installs profound psychological disturbances (pathology).

On the Earth, any sort of medical treatment consist in the use of medicine. Medical substances that often numbs the symptoms instead of really curing the actual defect or fault. Though psychology has a tendency to work the same way, professional psychologists know that a drastic “counter event” has to happen and correct the profound disorder, or the original misalignment that is within the individual’s personal psychology. Psychoanalysis (Freudian therapy) is only one form of that kind of treatment.

- If we zoom out to have a broader picture, from a sociological point of view, including ethnology, it is absolutely evident that our current civilization does present a severe problem. Numerous repercussions are seen on individuals themselves, and also on the planetary ecosystem, both on a large scale.



- Since the Regime on our planet (monetary system) is seeking to access space, which can be regarded as “controlled air-space” (in the sense of navigable space), there are precise restrictions to comply with. And, whether we recognize it or not, these conditions are set by other civilizations.

From their point of view, earthling’s problematic situation originates from deep within our people’s psychology. This profound general disorder in our population (psychology/behaviour) needs to be dealt with in a critical, accurate, and decisive fashion: Individuals have to experience “drastic psychological counter event(s)” that will progressively readjust the original intellectual defect(s), or misalignment(s).

Outer Foreigners are making use of that same science of psychology we know (Freudian). However, their means are largely superior to ours. They are applying a program (advanced planetary sociology) which is meant to modify our people in a particular manner that will change earthling’s inherent psychology, consequently our people’s entire behaviour, in order to accommodate with those “interplanetary criteria

Extending our observation over decades and considering all major sociological events around the entire planet, including political outcomes, it can help identify some probabilities. However, only a long time afterward people will be able to distinguish among historical events those that derived from external intervention.

Studying Outer Foreigners requires to consider a huge amount of general and advanced knowledge for being able to identify the real events from the artifices and trivial cases. This erudition is also essential to figure out a reason to their behaviour. And to trace the origin to the peculiar, or uncommon characteristics we find in their apparatuses and operations.

No doubt these humanoid species have developed admirable civilizations. If the Disclosure Era on the planet Earth finally brings scientists to get involved studying what we get from the presence of Outer foreigners, theirs could become a reliable example to us.
